Moose Mountain Trading Company wants you to be happy with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned regardless of the reason for return. Many of our items are gift items, and we understand the additional time that may be involved from when you purchase an item to when you gift it to another. As such, we offer a generous 45-day return window.


All online returns can be made in-store to avoid a return shipping fee. Please bring your order confirmation with you. If you would like to return an item remotely, please email us your request at orders@shopmoose.com. You may pay for the shipping yourself or we can send a USPS return label. If using our prepaid label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be made to the original credit card used. We do not charge a handling fee.

Moose Mountain can only accept items that are in resaleable condition (tags attached, original unopened packaging, clothing items unworn and unwashed), and the original receipt or order confirmation is included. We do not accept returns on body care, skin care, or food products for health and safety reasons. “Final Sale” items and gift cards are not eligible for return. Moose Mountain is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping or in the customer’s possession.

Once your return is received in store, the item(s) will be inspected and approved (if applicable) for a refund. We send out email confirmations for returned items once processed. Allow 2-3 days for returns to be processed and a refund to be issued from the time we receive a return. If you have any questions, please reach out to orders@shopmoose.com.
